Rescheduling / Cancellation policy

If you have a visitation appointment for our services and need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please provide us with 48 hours' notice by contacting us via text, email, or phone call, and we will be glad to assist you.

Parking/Congestion

Parking permits, fees, and arrangements are the customer's responsibility. Please check the parking restrictions at your home/office before making a booking. 

Pricing/Rates

We offer competitive and affordable rates for all our services without compromising on high-quality standards or client satisfaction. Please note that our prices cover labour only, and do not include the cost of materials. If you would like us to provide materials, you can request it when we provide our quote.

We offer a wide range of building services, including painting & decorating, plumbing services, carpentry, electrical services, kitchen installation, bathroom installation, flooring, carpet fitting, gardening services and cleaning services.


Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency services for urgent repairs and other issues. 


You can request a free quote by contacting our team either via phone, email, or the contact form on our website. Simply provide us with details about the services you require, and we will promptly respond with an estimate tailored to your needs. 


The time it takes to complete a project depends on the complexity and size of the project. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when we provide you with a quote. 


Yes, you have the option to supply your materials if you prefer. However, we also have access to a range of high-quality materials and can provide them if needed. 


We are dedicated to delivering the utmost level of customer service and workmanship. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with our work, please inform us, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation and ensure your complete satisfaction.


After the project is completed, and you are satisfied with the services provided by our team, you can make payment via bank transfers, cash, or card payment using our card machine if available.


You will need to pay a deposit to confirm your booking for the requested job.


If you provide us with a notice within 48 hours, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you give us notice in less than 48 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of your deposit, and we will refund you the remaining balance. 


After the payment is made, we provide receipts/invoices either via email or on paper.


 Our payment terms are set at 14 days from the date of invoice or receipt. If payment is not made within this period, an additional charge will be applied. 


 If a payment is not made by the due date, a late payment fee of 10% will be added for every 14-day period in which the payment is missed. 


Yes, you can request additional services. However, additional charges will be applied depending on the services you require.


Yes, we have public liability insurance, and it can be provided if requested. 


Yes, we provide a work guarantee for all our services. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality workmanship, and we stand behind the quality of our services. If you encounter any issues related to the work we've completed, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will promptly address and resolve them to your satisfaction.
